ALITALIA (4): EUROPEAN COURT UPHELD THE AIRLINE'S APPEAL
LUXEMBOURG, The European Union's Court of Justice revoked the provisions of the European Union against the re-capitalization of Alitalia. Those provisions bound the financial program, including the re-capitalization of about $1,2 million, to the carrying out of "satisfying progress" in the restructuring plan of the airline. It still has to be approved by board of directors.
