Fire at La Carlota military base

Caracas, Venezuela – 2 tankers burst, no one dies

They feared an attack during the night between Sunday and Monday at La Carlota military base in Venezuela, where President Hugo Chavez is often to be seen. Two tankers of 10.000 litre capacity each took fire, the causes are still uncertain, but the prompt action of firemen resulted in no deaths.
