SANTIAGO DEL CILE, Il capo di stato maggiore dell'Aeronautica militare cilena, Hernan Gabrielli, è sotto inchiesta con l'accusa di violazione dei diritti umani durante il periodo della dittature di Pinochet. Ex prigionieri politici hanno accusato Gabrielli, all'epoca dei fatti tenente, di 5 crimini. Il giudice che segue il caso, Juan Guzman, è lo stesso che vuole processare l'ex dittatore cileno.
