USA, La Bae Systems ha sconfitto la Northrop Grumman nella lotta per l'acquisto di tre divisioni della Lockheed Martin, Nashua, N.H. con sede a Sanders, Fairchild Systems a New York, Space Electronic and Communications in Virginia. Per tale acquisto la Bae Systems aveva fatto una offerta di circa 4000 miliardi, cifra che pagherà in contanti.
