Paris-Le Bourget (7): Mng Airlines to order two A-350F Freighters
Egyptair discloses order for an additional six A-350 aircraft

MNG Airlines (MNGA), a global logistics provider and e-commerce enabler based in Türkiye, has become the latest carrier to commit to the all-new A-350F, following the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for two aircraft. The A-350F will become a central element in MNG’s future fleet, bringing all the benefits of an all-new freighter to the airline’s operations.
Engineered as the world's most advanced freighter aircraft, the A-350F is designed to meet the evolving needs of the global air cargo market. Currently under development, it will carry up to 111 tonnes with a range of 8,700 km. Powered by Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-97 engines, it will offer reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions compared to previous generation aircraft. Made of over 70% advanced materials, the model will be 46 tonnes lighter and will feature the industry's largest main deck cargo door. It is the only freighter fully meeting ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)'s 2027 CO2 standards and by the time it enters service it will be 50% SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) capable, with a target for 100% by 2030.
EGYPTAIR has disclosed a firm order for an additional six A-350/900s as part of its expansion strategy to meet growing demand for air travel. The agreement takes the carrier’s total order for the type to 16 units.
The A-350 is the widebody aircraft powered by the latest generation of Rolls-Royce engines. It is designed to fly up to 9,700 nautical miles/18,000 kilometres non-stop, using less fuel than previous generation types and with a reduction in carbon emissions.
As with all Airbus aircraft, the A-350 aircraft is already able to operate with up to 50% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The company is targeting to have its airplanes up to 100% SAF capable by 2030.
At the end of May 2025, the model had won over 1,390 orders from 60 customers worldwide.
