China, less anti-covid restrictions for domestic carriers
Civil aviation relaxed the planned measures
Chinese air transport recorded important numbers in recent times which testify its slight but effective recovery. The main consequence of new trend occurred today, Tuesday 15 September 2020, with the important decision of the civil aviation of Asian country. Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) formalized during a press conference the lifting of some restrictions on air connections as regards the coronavirus; the goal is to further revive this sector and changes are soon said.
Same restrictions will be limited to the maximum permitted level in relation to authorized weekly flights. This is why air carriers will have greater flexibility in organizing routes, better managing traffic of major airports such as Shanghai or Beijing. The same easing has affected the regional companies that take off and land in two aforementioned airports, in addition to Guangzhou. But what exactly are the transport figures in this country? In August, passengers transported in this area reached 45.5 million, which is the highest monthly volume ever recorded in 2020.
