premesso che: l'8 ottobre 2001 il boeing MD 87 della compagnia aerea sas diretto a Copenaghen in fase di decollo sulla pista principale dell'Aereoporto di Linate viene urtato da un aereo Cessna privato; il boeing a causa dell'urto si è schiantato contro il Toboga del molo 31 adibito allo smistamento dei bagagli; nello schianto sono morti tutti i passeggeri ed i membri dell'equipaggio scandinavo...
