In data 29 aprile 2004 sono state presentate alla Presidenza le seguenti proposte di legge d'iniziativa dei deputati Gibelli e Rizzi (Lega nord): «Disposizioni per potenziare e riqualificare la rete aeroportuale regionale e locale» (4950) e «Attribuzione all'idroscalo di Como della qualifica di "aeroporto di interesse nazionale"» (4951); saranno stampate e distribuite.
